Sentenced
Christopher Paul Achenbach, 29, Saint Clair, was sentenced by Judge Jacqueline Russell to serve 11 1/2 to 23 months in the county prison followed by three years on probation. He had been found guilty by a jury of charges of carrying a firearm without a license, criminal conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He received credit for 45 days in prison.
